1. Shipping Coverage

At Diamond Home, we are pleased to offer fast & free shipping to all countries within the European Union. No matter where you are located in Europe, we’ve got you covered!

We ship to the following countries:

    For all other countries in Europe, we offer all other products (home furniture, baby furniture, dressers, decor, lamps, etc.), but garden furniture is not available.

    If you’re located in one of the eligible countries listed above, you can shop for our beautiful garden furniture collection, which includes a variety of outdoor tables, chairs, loungers, and more to enhance your garden space.

    If you are outside of these countries but still interested in any other products from our catalog, we would be happy to serve you with our full range of indoor and home furniture, lighting, and decor!

2. Processing Time

All orders placed on diamondhome.shop are processed within 1-2 business days. Our team works hard to ensure that your order is carefully packed and shipped out as quickly as possible. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

If your order is placed during peak periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing may take a bit longer. Rest assured, we will notify you via email if any delays occur.


3. Shipping Time

We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping. Depending on your location within Europe, your order should arrive within 10 business days from the date of shipment. Here are more specifics:

  • Free Shipping: Expect your items to arrive in 5-10 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expect your items to arrive in 5-7 business days after dispatch.

We offer tracking numbers for all orders, so you can monitor your order's journey from our warehouse directly to your doorstep.


4. Shipping Costs

At Diamond Home, we are committed to offering affordable and transparent shipping. To make your shopping experience even better, we now offer Free Standard Shipping on all products across Europe (excluding garden furniture).

Shipping Rates (All Products Except Garden Furniture)

  • Standard Shipping: FREE

  • Expedited Shipping: €20 (faster delivery)

You can view the estimated delivery time and any applicable shipping options at checkout before completing your purchase.


Garden Furniture Shipping Rates

Garden furniture shipping costs vary by country due to size and weight. Below are the shipping rates for eligible countries:

Denmark: 150 EUR 

Germany: 120 EUR 

Czech Republic: 90 EUR 

Slovakia: 95 EUR 

Bulgaria: 590 EUR 

Hungary: 145 EUR 

Austria: 155 EUR 

France: 140 EUR 

Belgium: 245 EUR 

Netherlands: 180 EUR 

Italy: 130 EUR 

Spain: 185 EUR 


Please note that free shipping is not available for any orders at this time. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s progress from the warehouse to your doorstep.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system after the package is shipped.

If you experience any issues with tracking or if the tracking link is not working, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our customer support team is always ready to assist.


6. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive safely and on time. Depending on your location and order size, your items may be shipped via one of the High Quality carriers.

Rest assured, we always choose the best carrier for your specific order to ensure your furniture and decor pieces arrive in perfect condition.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We are currently only able to offer shipping to countries within the European Union. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to countries outside the EU or to remote regions within Europe.

If you live in a location with specific shipping challenges or restrictions, please get in touch with our customer service team before placing your order. We will work with you to find the best solution.


8. Delivery Issues and Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your furniture and decor items to prevent any damage during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged or you suspect an issue with the delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If there is any visible damage to the box or product, take photos of the damage.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged goods. Please send the photos and a description of the issue to support@diamondhome.shop.
  3. Our team will review your claim and process either a replacement or refund based on the situation.

If you do not report the damage within 24 hours, we will not be able to process the return or refund.


9. Lost or Missing Packages

In rare cases, packages can be lost during transit. If your order is marked as “delivered,” but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbours or contact your local post office. If the package cannot be found, please notify us immediately.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and do everything we can to resolve it. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the courier confirms the item has been delivered.


10. International Duties and Taxes

As we only ship within Europe, all sales are VAT-inclusive and there are no additional duties or taxes when your order arrives in the EU.

For orders placed outside the EU in the future, you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees as determined by the destination country. These fees are not controlled by Diamond Home and are the responsibility of the buyer.


11. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. Diamond Home is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@diamondhome.shop, and we will attempt to correct the issue before the package is shipped.
