2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made products or items that have been specially tailored or altered
  • Clearance items (as indicated on the product page)
  • Certain types of home decor and lighting that have been opened or used

How to Request a Return

Late or Missing Refunds
